Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely cost and value reporting of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project delivery teams to forecast predicted spend and cash recovery.
  • Carry out cost management, including forecasting, updating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans.
  • Ensure that main contracts entered into have appropriate terms and conditions, with commercial risks identified.
  • Supervise and mentor other Quantity Surveyors and reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous Tier 1 contractor experience delivering civil engineering infrastructure projects.
  • Degree or HNC/HND Quantity Surveying or construction related qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working on civil engineering / infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with NEC (3 or 4) forms of contract and knowledge of current Construction Law.
  • Excellent communication, numeric and computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
