Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Structures division in South London. As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage all commercial activities, driving the change control process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake cost value analysis for all aspects of the works carried out under the contract
  • Perform risk, value management, and cost control activities to benefit the contract
  • Lead and drive the procurement strategy, including cost value analysis and procurement of sub-contractors
  • Maintain awareness of different contracts in current use, ensuring all current legislations and document control is adhered to
  • Monitor and report forecast against cost and value and the management of cashflow
  • Provide contractual advice and support to the project and site team
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor with previous experience working in the construction or highways industry
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of JCT, ICE, and NEC contracts
  • CSCS card is essential for this role
