Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Content Creator Apprentice to join our dynamic team at Baltic Apprenticeships. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing engaging content for clients and our brand across various platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in digital marketing and content creation, working with a range of tools including Monday.com, HubSpot, and Canva. You will work closely with our expert training team to gain valuable skills and experience, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including video reels, LinkedIn Lives, and YouTube content. You will conduct customer and market research to inform content strategies, and analyze performance using Google Analytics to adapt strategies for maximum impact. You will also maintain brand voice and tailor content to different platforms and target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop engaging content for clients and our brand across various platforms

Requirements:

* Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A keen eye for design and storytelling
* Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube
* Basic knowledge of tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, Canva, and Excel

Benefits:

* £19,250 per annum salary
* Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm working hours
* 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays

* Hybrid working arrangement, 4 days from home and 1 day in the office per week
