Content Creator

We are seeking a motivated and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team at Baltic Apprenticeships. As a Content Creator, you will work closely with our team to create engaging content for clients and our brand, utilizing tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, and Canva.

• Collaborate on video reels, LinkedIn Lives, and YouTube content.
• Conduct customer and market research to inform content strategies.
• Attend Teams calls and maintain email communication with clients to gather briefs for copywriting projects.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
• Maintain brand voice and tailor content to different platforms and target markets, adapting formats for Facebook Reels, LinkedIn messaging, and more.
• Reactive content creation to leverage news and trends.

Our ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for design and storytelling, familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube, basic knowledge of tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, Canva, and Excel, interest in graphic design and video editing, and knowledge of Google Analytics.

The salary for this role is £19,250 per annum, with benefits including 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, a beautiful rurally located office, and a hybrid work arrangement with 4 days from home and 1 day in the office per week.
