Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to manage product business cases, pricing, and market communications.

  • Manage the volume requirements of collections globally, with market engagement at the core.

  • Manage financial targets and forecasting, including supporting markets meeting their targets.

  • Manage the market sales performance and communications flow, and product portfolio/inventory lifecycle planning.

  • Lead the Launch Management process (LMM), and its implementation through a product management tool (currently Wrike).


Requirements:

  • Sales background within a luxury goods environment desirable.

  • Influencing and negotiation skills across various stakeholders and hierarchy.

  • Understanding and experience of product lifecycle and purchasing planning.

  • Ability to work as a key stakeholder and influencer in cross-functional teams, as well as working autonomously where required.

  • Robust commercial acumen with experience of budget planning and execution.


Please note that this is a temporary assignment for 12 months. If you are a permanent employee, you will return to your current role/team at the end of the assignment unless you find an alternative role. If you are a fixed-term employee, you will be offered a new fixed-term contract for this assignment.



This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working, where you can split your time between working from home and in the office. At JLR, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees with more choice and flexibility around how, when, and where they work, if suitable for their role.
