About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Law Solicitor to join our team at Bond Turner. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for handling a range of cases, including multi-million-pound claims in various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a caseload of complex cases, including solicitors negligence, construction negligence, and surveyors negligence
  • Supporting the Head of the department on larger cases
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing and new business teams
  • Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules and Proclaim or other case management systems
  • IT literacy and ability to run own files with supervision
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Professional Negligence or General Litigation/Dispute Resolution. You should have a Grade A or B to handle your own caseload and be comfortable working as part of a team. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with Civil Procedure Rules and have experience with Proclaim or other case management systems.
