About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Law Solicitor to join our team at Bond Turner. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for handling a range of cases, including multi-million-pound claims in various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a caseload of long-established and new cases, including complex claims in solicitors negligence, construction negligence, surveyors negligence, and accountants.
  • Working closely with the Head of the department on bigger cases and supporting the marketing and new business teams.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law.
About You

We are looking for a Housing Law Solicitor with:

Grade A or B to handle their own case load and to support the Head of the department on bigger cases.Ability to work as part of a team on groups of work.Background in Professional Negligence or General Litigation/Dispute Resolution.Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules.Experience with Proclaim or other case management systems.IT literacy.Comfortable running own files with supervision.What We Offer
