About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our successful culinary team at Duck & Waffle. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items at the station, following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, coolers, and storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food items to the highest standards, adhering to recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, coolers, and storage areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Experience working with a similar cuisine and menu offerings.
- Excellent English language communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures.
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Drive and ambition to learn and grow within the team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
