About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Paediatric Nurse (RSCN / RNC) with active NMC PIN to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 3 to 4 children per day, providing excellent standards of clinical care, and working closely with local NHS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to children in their own homes
  • Oversee a caseload of 3 to 4 children per day
  • Work closely with local NHS services to ensure seamless care
  • Administer sub-cutaneous injections, cannulation, and other clinical procedures as required
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
