Swimming Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare lesson plans and schemes of work that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers, ensuring classes commence and finish at designated times.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.
  • Continuously improve our swim lesson programme and services to better meet the needs of our customers.
