At Fusion Lifestyle, we are seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our diverse customer base. Your passion for swimming and ability to create engaging lesson plans will be key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, adhering to the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Prepare lesson plans and a comprehensive scheme of work that meets the requirements of the programme.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure all lessons are delivered safely and effectively, complying with regulations and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of our swim lesson programme, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting innovative ideas.
