About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC Cosmetics in Glasgow. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and store operations.
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements
- Previous retail supervisory experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.

- Experience of playing a part in supporting inspirational in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days and hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
