As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for business development and maintaining client relationships, researching the local marketplace, attending networking events, sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the process from interview to offer stage, and assisting with marketing for the company. You will also be responsible for company social media pages and working to team-based and individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Event planning and attendance
* Candidate sourcing and interviewing
* Process management from interview to offer stage
* Marketing assistance
* Social media management
* Target achievement

Requirements:

* Strong sales experience and proven track record

* Fantastic communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of clients and candidates
