Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A strong and proven track record of working within a sales environment, with a focus on business development and client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask and react to clients' needs in a timely manner.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Industrial or Commercial sectors, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £35,000 to £45,000 basic, depending on experience, plus a very competitive commission structure.
