About This Role:

  • A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen at Academics Ltd, an established education recruiter, to work as a Humanities Teacher in a small Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) supporting children with SEMH, EBD, and Mental Health needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Humanities subjects, including Geography, Religious Education, and History. You will also play a vital role in promoting the aspirations and achievement of students with complex needs.

We are looking for a qualified teacher with QTS, who possesses a passion for supporting children with mental health and behavioural requirements. Your ability to manage challenging behaviour, coupled with your empathetic approach, will enable you to make a significant impact on our students' lives.
