As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-class support to our IT users, ensuring the smooth operation of our network servers, PCs, routers, and other hardware.

Your primary duties will include providing technical support, advice, and guidance to our staff, maintaining current knowledge and awareness of external developments within IT, and developing long-term IT strategy. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of our network infrastructure, ensuring all new members of staff receive a full and proficient IT induction, and performing ad-hoc assignments as directed by our Directors.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with some previous experience in an IT support role, a proactive interest in IT, enthusiasm to learn, good technical judgment, and strong communication and team working skills.
