Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general resource support for all marketing services activity for the company.
  • Develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns using various marketing tools.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Update the company website with news stories, product information, and promotional materials.
  • Support the production of all marketing literature in line with company brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the input and upkeep of company data using product information management systems.
  • Manage and control all company corporate marketing documentation and activity.
  • Liaise with sales teams, customers, and external suppliers to provide product information and promotional support.
  • Maintain the company brand in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the production of all marketing materials relating to new or existing products.
  • Gather information and write content for use across various media channels.
  • Liaise with third-party public relations agencies to create content and promote the company in line with the marketing plan.
  • Create and send email campaigns to communicate product details, service information, and promotional messages.
  • Manage various marketing projects and jobs as required.

Requirements

  • An enthusiastic and innovative individual with a positive attitude.
  • Previous marketing experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Formal marketing or business studies qualification to A-level equivalent is desired but not essential.
  • IT literacy in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience of using marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, MailChimp, Hootsuite, and CMS systems.
