Job Title: Systems Administrator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Circle Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our internal servers and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and databases to ensure seamless operation.
  • Implement and oversee security measures to protect company data and prevent cyber threats.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades and expansions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior IT staff to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing and monitoring internal servers (Windows, Virtual, etc.).
  • Excellent experience with Windows and M365 technologies.
  • Proficient with network technologies (Routers, switches, and firewalls).
  • Virtual servers (Hyper-V/VMware) and experience with Microsoft Defender.
  • Some Linux server experience is desirable.
