  • Customer Service

    • Operate the till and accurately handle cash, credit/debit card, and gift card transactions.

  • Product Knowledge
    • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our products and be able to advise customers on their suitability.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about arts and crafts. You will have:

Retail Experience
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
Product Knowledge
  • A strong interest in arts and crafts, with a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of our products.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
