## Job Title: Duty Manager
## Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Royal Station Hotel. As a key member of our Front of House department, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency and service delivery of all departments and processes in the absence of the departmental manager, and creating a positive work environment for employees.
## Key Responsibilities
* Ensure we deliver the very best customer service to our guests across the entire venue, being the main point of contact in the absence of departmental managers/ supervisors, or act as a support/ escalation point, to resolve any challenges that may arise.
* Create a collaborative, positive and motivated workforce driven to achieve the very best service and business goals.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
