About the Role

We support individuals in their early 20's who are living in their first independent accommodation since moving from their parent's house. They are very independent and enjoy going out and making their own choices. As a Female Support Worker, you will support them with their daily life skills, including personal care, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with their daily life skills, including personal care and medication administration
  • Assist with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Encourage independence and empowerment
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a high-quality service

What We Offer

Dimensions offers a competitive pay rate of £11.55 per hour, plus £45 per sleep-in shift. We also offer a salary advance scheme, where you can access up to 50% of the money you've earned before payday. In addition, we provide full induction and fully paid training, as well as regular 1-2-1s and annual appraisals to help you develop and progress your career.
