Radio Fundraising Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Fundraising Manager to join our team at Premier Christian Communications. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for leading all on-air fundraising efforts, including the Charity of the Year appeal. You will work closely with content teams and external consultants to creatively engage our audience and support Premier's mission to connect people with God through media.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational delivery of on-air fundraising appeals, including briefing documents, promotional materials, and donation incentives
* Review and implementation of the use of impact audio from on-air appeals, coaching presenters during appeals, and managing the On-Air Testimony Producer who secures live donor calls
* Key contributor to Premier's on-air fundraising programme, overseeing monthly on-air fundraising messaging, script writing, production, and traffic scheduling
* Contribution of ideas for capturing audience data and oversight of the execution of on-air data capture campaigns
