What we're looking for
At Alina Homecare, we're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Companionship – being a friendly face and providing emotional support
- Personal Care – assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Medication – reminding clients to take their medication and collecting prescriptions
- Mealtimes – preparing healthy meals and assisting with eating
- Housework – assisting with laundry, cleaning, and tidying
- Errands – accompanying clients on errands and assisting with shopping
- Mobility – assisting clients with mobility issues and providing support with getting around
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a caring and compassionate individual with good communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
