Operations Transformation Specialist

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Operations Transformation Specialist to join our team at Orange Instruments Ltd. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for defining the operational solution for each local factory, utilising the standard system solution for operations and finance.

The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering enterprise-wide business applications, including ERP across an engineering, design, and manufacturing organisation. You will possess strong project management capability, competent user skills in MS Office systems, and proven ability to manage large complex projects and multiple work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective co-ordination of the project and the management of the interdependencies.
  • Support the Data and Process council(s) ensuring governance is in place to approve changes to the current solution when necessary.
  • Establish and lead the implementation process for Operations within each Rotork Site.
