About the Role:
  • This role involves working with children and young people aged 11-19 years, all with SEMH needs, communication and interaction challenges, and associated diagnoses such as ADHD, ODD, attachment disorders, and specific learning difficulties (SpLD), among others.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs, ADHD, ASD, or other additional needs.
Responsibilities:
  • To plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to individual needs and abilities.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • To stay up-to-date with best practices in PE teaching and incorporate innovative approaches into lessons.
Requirements:
  • A recognized teaching qualification (Certificate in Education / PGCE / QTS).
  • A valid driving license and own vehicle or ability to travel to the site.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
