Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Coworth Park Hotel, a renowned luxury hotel in the Dorchester Collection. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

What You'll Do

A day in the life of our Housekeeping Attendants demands high levels of energy and consistency, as well as creativity to tackle daily adventures. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for our rooms and public areas during your shift, including cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping delivery tasks
  • Exceeding guests' expectations by providing discreet and personalised service
  • Fulfilling special requests for guests, such as extra towels or amenities
  • Communicating with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment and seamless service

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • English language proficiency
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
