Coworth Park Hotel, a renowned member of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our luxurious rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and public areas, adhering to our high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest requests and preferences, providing personalized service to create lasting memories.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment, maintaining a positive and respectful working environment.
  • Embody our company values of passion, personality, respect, working together, and creativity, living our behaviours to continue to create our legacy.

Requirements
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you must feel comfortable communicating in this language.
  • Previous experience in a luxury 5* hotel is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
