We are seeking an experienced Property Performance Analyst to join our team at Houst. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring property performance and recommending price adjustments based on demand, market trends, and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor property performance and recommend price adjustments to optimize revenue growth.
  • Utilise data to track and compare competitor pricing, ensuring that Houst's properties remain competitive in the marketplace.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading short-term accommodation provider, driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 (DOE) per annum.

Requirements:
