We have an exciting opportunity for a Paint Sprayer to join our team at Caterpillar Peterlee, a world-leading manufacturer of Articulated Trucks.

As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for painting various sized panels to a high standard, working under your own initiative as well as part of a team. You will also be required to adhere to H&S and PPE requirements, manually set paint machines, and carry out safety and quality checks on machine components.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. You will also receive full induction and ongoing training, as well as access to our auto-enrolment pension scheme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Painting various sized panels to a high standard
  • Working under your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Adhering to H&S and PPE requirements
  • Manually setting paint machines
  • Carrying out safety and quality checks on machine components

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in spray painting (wet on wet paint) on an industrial level
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Paint Spraying desired
