The facility's manufacturing activities use the latest computer analysis techniques, robotic technology and a state-of-the-art paint plant.The facility is easily accessible via bus, car and train and is located just off the a19. The nearest bus stop is just outside of the facility and the nearest train station is located at Horden, which is just a 9 minute drive away from the site. With routes from Newcastle, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Durham and SeahamWith plenty of overtime work available throughout the week and during the weekends, you have the opportunity to maximise your earnings on an overtime rate which is paid at time and a half Monday to Saturday and double time on a Sunday.Benefits: Paid holiday (inc. public holidays)Regular monthly BonusRegular monthy Attendance BonusFull induction and ongoing trainingAuto-Enrolment Pension SchemePay Rate and Working Hours:36.5 hours per week

  • 19.18 - £21.70 per hour afternoon shift
  • 21.57 - £24.40 per hour night shift
  • 23.97 - £27.12 per hour overtime Monday to Saturday
£31.96- £36.16 per hour overtime SundaysDays: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00, Friday 08:00 - 12:30Back shift:Monday - Thursday 16:00 - 00:00, Friday 12:30 - 17:00Night shift:Monday - Thursday 00:00 - 08:00, Friday 17:00 - 21:30Responsibilities:Adhere to H&S and PPE requirementsWork under your own initiative as well as part of a teamPaint spray various sized panelsHave a good eye for qualityManually set paint machinesCarry out safety and quality checks on machine componentsWorking towards production targetsFamiliarity with paint systems or paint spraying.Previous experience ideally in wet on wet paint but other spray systems experience will be considered.NVQ Level 2/3 in Paint Spraying desiredYou must have previous experience in spray painting (wet on wet paint) on an industrial level ideally obtained from the motor trade or associated discipline.
