Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication. You will also assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Requirements

We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience, but you must be resilient and able to follow individual care plans.
