Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of our family entertainment centre, incorporating various attractions like arcade games, soft play, and laser tag.
  • Regularly inspect the premises to guarantee adherence to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness.
  • Liaise closely with the management team to ensure seamless communication and adaptability in response to changing procedures.

Requirements

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Qualifications equivalent to GCSE level in Maths and English.
  • Background in customer-facing roles, ideally in a similar setting.
  • Relevant industry qualifications or experience in areas such as business studies or retail management.
  • Proven skills in motivating staff and providing exceptional customer service.
