Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Buying Coordinator to join our team at Lime Talent. The successful candidate will support the buying department by managing administrative tasks, analyzing data, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and update product data in our systems
  2. Handle administrative tasks for purchasing and invoice processing
  3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform decisions
  4. Collaborate across departments for smooth product launches, inventory management, and merchandising
  5. Analyze data on sales performance, stock levels, and purchasing decisions
  6. Support pricing analysis and implement adjustments as needed
  7. Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
  8. Work with buyers and branch managers to analyze sales and identify opportunities before supplier meetings

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commercially aware with a keen interest in consumer trends

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: North London (on-site)
