We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building Safety Coordinator to join our team at Rendall & Rittner. As a key member of our Building Safety team, you will provide administrative support and take responsibility for key tasks within the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Building Safety team with the creation of new processes and procedures.
  • Track and monitor information, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative experience, with strong IT skills and ability to use office applications and internal systems.
  • Knowledge of property management, health and safety requirements, and legislation.
  • Ability to manage compliance trackers and monitor software platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on developing relationships with stakeholders.
