About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Part Time Baggage Agent. As a Baggage Agent, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of customer baggage at our airport facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile, load, and unload customer baggage in a state-of-the-art baggage facility.
  • Transport customer baggage to and from the aircraft parking area.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, taking instructions from Baggage Crew Chiefs.
  • Conduct administrative duties as required.
  • Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-focused approach.
Requirements
  • Be physically fit and able to walk long distances over the course of a regular shift.
  • Be able to lift baggage weighing up to 23kg over the course of a regular shift.
  • Hold a valid EU driving license and be willing and able to pass the HAL driving test.
  • Have a well-groomed appearance and adhere to uniform standards at all times.
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Comply with all American Airlines policies and procedures.
