Senior Reward Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward Consultant to join our team at The One Group. As a key member of our International Reward team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on all matters related to Recognition and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the UK's annual benefits window, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Organize promotional events and activities to boost employee benefits engagement, fostering a culture of recognition and appreciation.
  • Manage relationships with benefit brokers and technology providers, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the Income Protection underwriting process for executives, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of our global recognition platform, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for employee recognition queries, providing timely and effective support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Reward specialism at a similar level, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Experience in leading annual employee benefits renewal cycles, with a focus on cost containment and benefits optimization.
  • Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an International team is highly desirable, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments.
