About the Role

Mintago is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onboarding & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients experience a seamless and impactful onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Process Management
    • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Client Support and Engagement
    • Provide exceptional customer support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive demo sessions for clients, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing our financial wellbeing platforms.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization
    • Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during onboarding.
    • Utilize feedback from customer success software to improve the onboarding process and address areas of concern.
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation of the onboarding process, collateral, and training materials as required.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer implementation or onboarding role in a SaaS B2B company.
  • Background in establishing systems, building processes, and structure where little exists.
  • Ability to learn about and communicate financial wellness solutions and understand their implications.
  • Experienced in facilitating meetings and virtual workshops with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience working directly with clients and external stakeholders in program/project management, sales, negotiation, and/or mediation.
