About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their systems are operational and secure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complex technical incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Ensure all issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved working with a ticketing system, phone calls and emails.

You will be working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our clients' needs are met.

Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and experience with MSP.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise, ConnectWise command, and O365 products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Arrangements

This is a contract position, working onsite at Witham, Essex. The contract length is 5 weeks with potential for extension.

The estimated salary for this role is £150-£160 per day.
