Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their systems are operational and secure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st line support for hardware and software issues across multiple endpoints.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues escalated from 1st line support.

We require an individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • MSP Experience (essential).
  • Familiarity with backup servers and O365 products.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 environments (user management, Exchange, SharePoint, InTune, Teams)
Working Conditions

This is a contract position, working onsite at Witham, Essex. The contract length is 5 weeks with potential for extension.

The estimated salary for this role is £150-£160 per day.
