Residential Care Home Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader (Night Awake) at Mayne House, a residential care home in Bangor, Co Down. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary of £13.74 per hour.
About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs. You will also ensure the delivery of quality care and support, manage budgets and resources, and mentor and supervise the Support Team.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Two years' previous experience in a social care setting providing support/care
- Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities
- High level of competency in IT to include MS package
