Senior Safety Health and Environment Specialist - Manufacturing Company


We are seeking a passionate and proactive Safety Health and Environmental Professional to join our team as a Senior SHE Advisor.

As a key player in our site-based SHE Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing company complies with all relevant SHE legislation and corporate requirements.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SHE policies and procedures to ensure a positive and constructive SHE culture throughout the organization.
  • Deliver continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environment standards and practices year on year.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate SHE risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably with prior food manufacturing experience.
  • NEBOSH Certificate, ideally Diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of SHE legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from all levels of the organization.
