About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our Bristol office. You will work closely with our clients to understand their training needs and develop engaging content that meets their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training content, including multimedia elements, for various learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge management systems (KMS).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content that meets client requirements.
  • Develop blended learning courses, including instructor-led training, online learning, and other formats.
  • Produce various types of content, such as newsletters, emails, e-learning, trainer notes, slide decks, assessment questions, process maps, and website content.
  • Work with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other tools.
  • Manage stakeholders and understand their needs to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in content design and development, with a focus on training and e-learning.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of LMS and KMS systems, including Articulate - Rise, 360, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
