Shift Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Shift Vehicle Electrician to join our team at our Olive Grove Depot in Sheffield. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults, as well as performing routine servicing tasks.
About the Role
- Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical systems, including engine management, automatic/semi-automatic gearboxes, electronic braking, suspension, and electronic destinations.
- Perform routine vehicle servicing tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Work with diagnostic equipment, including multi-meters, temperature gauges, micrometers, and ECU diagnostic computer equipment.
About You
- You must possess a minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering.
- You must be fully conversant with the safe operation of workshop equipment and the overhaul and repair of vehicle electrical systems.
- You must be in possession of, or capable of obtaining, a full PCV license and forklift truck license if required.
