We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Transformative Childcare Specialists at Esland Care.

Role OverviewThis role involves working in a small, solo service that caters to the needs of young people who require therapeutic placements. As a Transformative Childcare Specialist, you will provide outstanding care and support, helping them to develop essential life skills, socialization skills, and emotional well-being.
You will be part of a dedicated team that works together to create a safe and welcoming environment, promoting equal opportunities for all young people. Responsibilities- Providing high-quality childcare and support to young people in a residential setting
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Helping young people to achieve amazing outcomes through education, socialization, and fun activities
- Assisting with daily tasks, including domestic duties and personal care
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant authorities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
- A full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
- Values in line with Esland Care's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential)
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential)
As a Transformative Childcare Specialist at Esland Care, you can expect:
- An estimated annual salary of £30,672 to £31,294
- Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate
