Job Overview:

The Textile Standards Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards at ERIBÉ Knitwear. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Management System that ensures accuracy, performance, and compliance across our factory and 3rd party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality performance measurement and analysis tools to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with knitwear machine programmers and operators to optimize production processes and ensure seamless integration of quality control measures.
  • Identify and evaluate new quality techniques and materials to enhance product development and minimize defects.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of QC checks and data analysis, providing actionable insights for process optimization.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in garment or knitwear production.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality management, including relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with garment technology and/or line writing principles.
  • In-depth understanding of required QC standards and regulations.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
