**Supporting Ex-Offenders in a Unique Community Hub**

At Red 5 People, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team in a unique ex-offender community hub. This safe space provides a range of activities and support services for ex-offenders to help them rebuild their lives.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide one-to-one support, helping them access housing, benefits, and employment opportunities. You will also facilitate group activities, such as cooking classes, wellness sessions, and debate clubs, to promote social skills and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing one-to-one support and guidance
  • Facilitate group activities and workshops to promote social skills and community engagement
  • Help clients access housing, benefits, and employment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and community groups

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a criminal justice setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
