Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of our workshop team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and on time.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with our technicians and support staff to ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standard and meet our quality and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Monitor and control workshop costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget and making the most of our resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume prestige workshop environment.
