Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our 12-bed CAMHS service in Waterlooville. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with young people aged 12-18 who require specialist support for eating disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to service users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Offer mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting positive teamwork and collaboration.
- Record and report service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.
- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach to work.
- A positive attitude, being naturally caring and compassionate towards others.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
- An annual salary of £37,862, plus a £3,000 Welcome Bonus.
