Enterprise Marketing Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our UK team. As a key member of our EMEA Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a field marketing strategy to drive growth in adoption of Stripe's solution offerings in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities- Craft and execute a field marketing strategy to drive high-quality leads, sales pipeline, and revenue growth in the UK market.
- Partner with sales teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive user outcomes.
- Lead local customer marketing programs, including case study creation, customer speaking engagements, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with EMEA demand generation and product marketing teams to refine targeting and segmentation, and to identify and produce compelling content and marketing assets.
- Develop and execute full-funnel UK marketing plans, including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, sales prospecting programs, and account-based marketing.
- Track, measure, and communicate program results, and continually optimize for efficiency and scale.
- 7+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in the UK Enterprise Technology market.
- Proven track record of defining and executing B2B marketing strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex topics with simplicity.
- Experience delivering tailored marketing content and experiences for customer segments spanning from early-stage startups to large enterprise companies.
- Superb organization and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.
- Startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced industry and work environment.
- Experience marketing B2B cloud services and/or software solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
- Resourceful, creative, and dedicated to achieving operational and creative excellence.
