Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at a specialist school located in the heart of South East London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs across Key Stage 1 and 2.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality education and care to students who require additional support. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Encourage self-regulation and support access to learning through innovative strategies.
  • Develop and apply Positive Behaviour Support strategies to enhance learner engagement.
  • Design and deliver personalized approaches to overcome barriers to learning.


Compensation and Benefits
This full-time role comes with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
